Notes
This 310P was based in Tulsa from 1969 till it moved to Dallas in 1977. It has been owned by an A&P
mechanic and hangered since 1989 and has received very good care. The panel has been upgraded with
all digital King avionics including a slaved KCS55A HSI and even a KRA10 radar altimeter! It also has a
slaved Insight SF2000 Strike Finder and an Apollo Flybuddy GPS. The KY196 Coms have been
upgraded to 760 channels and the ADF indicator is synchronized to the KCS55A! The PM1000II Intercom
is wired to all six seats and works very well. The 400 Navomatic autopilot has altitude hold and is coupled
to Nav one. This is a very nice panel and better than most 1969 310s will have! It would be an easy panel
to upgrade with a GNS530 GPS/Com, GMA340 audio panel and GTX330 transponder with the Traffic
Information System. The other king radios, Strike Finder and 400 would work very well with this setup. Or
just fly it like it is! The aux tanks were replaced in 95 & 97 with new tanks. It still has the original engines!
The props were changed 10/96 and only have 297 hours on them! The paint is much nicer than you would
expect for its age. There is the lightest of hail damage that you really have to look for. The dings are very
small and the number of them is also very small. Most people would never see it but we wanted to let you
know about it. The next time the paint is redone it would disappear. The interior side panels and carpet
are original and worn but the seats and headliner were redone in 89 and till look very good. There are blue
sheep skins on all four front seats but they look just like the rear seats. The price reflects the need for an
interior. The engines are past TBO but are still running fine and the price reflects the hours on them. The
logs are complete and in very good shape. We have also put them on CD/ROM! This 310 is worthy of the
obvious upgrades it needs due to its good overall condition and clean history! We have searched the FAA
and NTSB systems and have found no reports of damage. This 310P would also make a great time
builder! This aircraft is based at Aero Country Airport T31, in McKinney Texas.
